1. For what are Klemons. products used?

Klemons. products can be applied to the skin. Our products are made from magnesium, essential oils, plant oils, and MSM (organic sulfur). They can be used to support general feelings of well-being, skin hydration, relief and relaxation to mind and body.

2. What ingredients does Klemons. use?

All Klemons. magnesium products are made with pharma-grade magnesium. All Magnesium Oil Sprays contain magnesium chloride sourced from the Dead Sea.

Plant Oils and Essential Oils and other ingredients are sourced from certified US based companies.

3. Why is Klemons. different from other marketed natural products?

We come from a place of experience! We've been through physical and mental pain. For many years! All Klemons. products were created to help ourselves in the first place. And they do, that is why we love being able to offer them to you. Because you matter!

4. Do Klemons. products contain parabens?

Klemons. products are paraben-free.

5. Does Klemons. test on animals?

Never ever! We never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we choose suppliers who do. We love animals and are vegan!

6. Are Klemons. products vegan and gluten-free?

Yes! 100% of our products are vegan and gluten-free.

7. Should I consult my healthcare provider before applying Klemons. products?

We always recommend consulting a healthcare professional about potential interactions or other possible complications before using any product.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. You have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received. To be eligible for a return, goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please email wecare@klemons.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

We will provide instructions on how to send returned items. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning items to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Customers will be provided a prepaid return label. When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Due to how quickly our order enters the warehouse's system, we are unable to cancel or edit existing orders after one hour. If you need to cancel within one hour or have specific questions about your particular order, please feel free to contact us directly at wecare@klemons.com.

3. What should you do if you receive a damaged product?

If the item in your shipment arrived damaged, please keep the box, and the item inside and send us a picture to wecare@klemons.com.
